TriYoga with Lotus
TriYoga Basics (earth, water, fire, air and space) and Level One flows (spring, summer, fall and winter) is the perfect class for beginners, seniors and/or anyone who wants a gentle, simple style of yoga with a flow.
This slow, graceful practice will feed your soul like a dance of energy within. To me, it is a feminine style of yoga. It offers the same benefits of balance, flexibility and strength as other traditional styles.
Each class offers breathing instruction (prana vidya), yoga postures (asanas), flow from one pose to another (kriya) and 5-minutes relaxation (yoga nidra) for every 15 minutes of asanas to integrate the benefits to body, mind and spirit. You can expect a more vibrant life force; a healthier, stronger body; increased awareness of Self; better intuition; easier relaxation; inner calm; and yes, even bliss!
