Amateur Photographer
I loved photography even before digital became available. I didn't take many pictures during my early years of marriage because of the cost, but now that I can take as many as I want, I do, especially of Mother Nature (flowers, forests, landscapes & seascapes).
I must admit that I take more than my share of pictures of events & people, too! I've covered a couple of weddings for friends and family plus many, many Sacred Sister Circles (90 YouTube picture shows) and Twin Lotus Center (38) events. I have even more of my family and our gatherings! |

I'd like to add a plug for my mentor here. I'm privileged to be a friend and student of Master Photographer Seraphina Landgrebe. We spent many days taking pictures mostly in Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties (when I lived there), we but also took a few trips together like the one to Chaco Canyon .
I appreciate Seraphina's patience and generosity with her photography tips. She is a great teacher! Both gifted and educated, she offers advice in a clear and understandable way with lots of freedom to create in your own way. I first met Seraphina when I signed up for one of her workshops where she taught how to photograph "dreamy water" at Fall Creek and Big Basin State Parks. Point Lobos in Carmel was another favorite place she leads workshops.
You can learn about Seraphina's past workshops on her website. Contact her personally to learn about any upcoming workshops as they are not listed. Her current focus is on the Milky Way and birds, but check out her Portfolio here. She has followed one osprey nest in Monterey Bay for years and does presentations to birding groups.

I'm not currently selling my original photo cards in stores, although I have sold them at the Sacred Well in Dunsmuir and The Gallery in Mt. Shasta. I consider myself an amateur photographer who likes to share the beauty and memories I have captured. I have so many images that I personally love, I just hate to have them sitting on my computer where no one but me can see them! When I finish some of my other projects, I hope to post a variety of images on this website for sale. I'm all set up with Square. Now I just have to sort through my photos, post them, and figure out how to be a merchant online.
This website is an ongoing project and new photos, slideshows and links to my YouTube videos will be added. First, I need to watermark more of my pictures! For now, here is a brief Sampler (above). This is the first time I have linked my YouTube channel with my website. I don't yet know how to get rid of the ads/links that pop up. Maybe I can't, but they have nothing to do with my stuff!
